Help / Ideas needed

Today i am interviewing an old school friend for a position on my team at work.

My manager did her initial interview and we are both interviewing her today.

I've not seen her really for about 9 years, and we were not the best of friends - however did get on and she is avery pleasant person (and very experienced too). She is currently a Reception Manager at a much smaller hotel and just wants to get into our hotel (she facebooked me back in Jan and we chatted and she was very jeolous of where i worked and asked me to keep her posted on new vacancies). However the position advertised is for Receptionist, although i think Claire may offer her a supervisor position.

I'm not sure of any questions to ask her and as she's had her first interview i've not a clue what things to say on a secondary!

Any ideas???

Pass hun sorry Sad

Maybe how far she is wanting to go on in the company? I've only had 2 interviews in my whole life and the interview for where I work now I was offered it on the spot during the first interview so I really don't have a clue sorry.

I'm sure once you get going you fill find some question you would like to ask her - good luck Smile x
