Welcome Newbies and other random stuff!

Sorry guys haven't had a lot of computer play time lately so gonna do a little combo post.

Firstly welcome to the newbies who've joined recently!! You've found a wonderful site here and I hope you enjoy it alot!

Ok, bout my weekend... we had a blast!! (even if) the first night we checked into the hotel (saturday) we got there late so got the girls in the bath and had them tucked in to watch a movie together. Well, I discovered in the bedroom (we had a 2 room suite) there were ants every where (some with wings even!!) At this point the girls were asleep and Sonja and I were all settled in so I had some air freshener spray and went "Terminator" on those ants!! We called in the morning and told the front desk about the ants and that we would be checking out... they offered us another room and gave us both nights free so we decided to stay LOL . The other room was fine, no bugs thank goodness!! Fast foward to Sunday.... Sonja decided they would leave later in the evening to head home and since we got 2 free nights at the hotel we decided to book a room for Sunday night too.. They left that night but Aaralyn and I stayed in the hotel. While I was in the shower, sweet Sonja decided to clean up and load the dishwasher (we had a little kitchen) and couldn't find the powder so used the dish liquid instead... hehehehe... we had bubbles all over the kitchen floor... the girls thought it was great!! Sonja and I got that fixed up and the she was ringing towels out in the bathroom sink and pushed down slight on the basin of the sink and the whole sink dropped out ... it looked like it had been fixed once improperly as one of the tabs on the bottom to help hold the basin was missing.

Other than the ants, the bubbles and the broken sink we had soooooo much fun!!!! We went to the beach during the days and then Saturday evening had a crab feast at our house. We spent the evenings at the hotel just having fun and watching movies and stuff. The girls got along fabulously, not even a little bicker between them the whole weekend and of course were crushed when it was time for them to head home (me too!! )

Unfortunately on a more negative note, things are not as happy at home as they could be but that will be another post later.... good between Mike and I but some issues between Amber and I again.... she was EXTREMELY rude to my friend this weekend, but I'll be posting for some advise on that later on when I have a chance to write a really long post (just an early warning about the length of it).

glad you had a fab time though and cant wait to see pics, but really sorry about having probs at home. i hope its sorts itself out soon hun. you and mike dont need it

We once broke a sink at a B&B, we turned on the tap and it came off and then the sink came away from the wall

no i was just a teen horror it was 3yrs ago.
I would run away from home for no reason just to be spiteful. i HATED everyone and i mean everyone.

My daughter now 2yrs was the one who got me back on track.

I would say its confusing enough being 17 let alone getting used to another women who will get a fair bit of daddys attention and a new sister to compete with it's hard. being naughty and spiteful may be her way of getting her dads attention.
