Day 1!!!

Ok, so the patches are on (which by the way really make your arm hurt!!) So no smoking.

Plus I am starting up my weightwatchers again today - don't go to the groups but have all the books so just do it myself at home.

I get a grand total of 21 points a day, my husband is quitting smoking and dieting with me - he gets 33 points!!!

so now im on day 3 not smoking, and am almost staying within my points for weightwatchers!

Not looking forward to being seen by...anyone with eyes LOL...when I go swimming tonight. First time in about three years!!

i went to waight watchers just after i had max but i didnt like it, LOL, all them points were confusing! i got the books i might have another look through them!
