I just saw the Blue Angels!!

I'm not sure if you guys have heard of them but they are the US Navy's jet/pilots that do air shows all over the country. They were here to perform today because of Graduation on Friday.... I saw them when I was a kid but I forgot how awesome it is!! and LOUD!!! seemed like they were flying right through my head!!

Probably so, there's about 6-8 small (but loud!!) jets, they do air "accrobatics" and all kinds of flying tricks and stuff (I'm sure I could have worded that better )

I get a little nervouse though, last year they had a crash at one of the shows and the pilot was killed all went smoothly here today though

Alex, has Joseph seen the Red Arrows yet?? he would love it I bet!! I'm hoping Aaralyn could see it from the playground at school, bet they could!!

no he hasnt- I have only seen them once (and on the TV) I dont think Joseph would like the noise. We stay 30mins away from a big air base and are on the low flying flight path and he hates when they go across

Alex, I did see some kids with ear plugs in so I guess Joseph is not alone in not liking all the noise!

Been searching I think the main difference is the Blue Angels are the navy and the red arrows are the Royal Air force.

we live near an RAF base and always have jets flying over. sooooooooooooo noisy especially when they fly low. the ground shakes lol
