I don't allow television after bath, I don't think it's relaxing or sleep-inducing enough.

After bath it's story and bed for the younger one (4). The 8 year old is allowed to read on his own for 30 minutes then go to bed.

I don't think children under 2 should be allowed to watch TV anyway.

I couldnt tell you the last time I watched the bedtime hour.

Joseph has been a fan of nick Jr (and now palyhouse disney) for ages so we watch that for 30mins before bed- usually Harry and the dinosuars Rolling Eyes

Martha loves Harry - usually she then watches 64 Zoo Lane or Five Minutes More which relax her and tell her it's bedtime

Hehe my kids end up watching Hollyoaks before bed lol.

They have a bath in the morning usually so after dinner while I'm washing up they sit down for about 10 mins after getting in their pj's, to wind down.
