Hurt my back (ouch)

Ouch ouch ouch!!!

Yesterday I misjudged some steps and thought they were higher than they were so I took a bigger step than was needed as a result as my foot went down I got a shooting pain up my back

I was in so much pain I was sick


I have taken LOADS of nurofen and have been applying the deep heat. but it is still sore (not as bad as last night but it is still sore) I had a bad nights sleep as I couldnt get comfortable and then I had to drive 200 miles home. Hope it eases off some more before school in the morning.

OH no hun!! I did almost the same exact thing when I was pregs with Aaralyn and I still have horrible back problems to this day because of it... hope it's not the same for you

My back sometimes plays up. It's never been the same since Charlotte jumped onto it while I was laying on my front once.

I find a hot water bottle just eases it to be able to sit or sleep a little bit more comfier. Last time it went, it hurt to even walk I had to be prescribed some anti-inflamitories to help with the pain. Go see your dr hun, if it doesn't feel any better, don't just struggle on xx
