Horatio (my cat if you dont already know) brought a bird in this morning. Catherine got so excited. she kept saying 'ive always wanted a pet bird!!' she then got really upset when she realised it was dead

We've had a similiar experience here recently... The robin in the nest got got by one of our cats, Aaralyn was not happy

I hope Catherine get's through it ok it's tough trying to explain these things to them at that age too...
