i placed an order on 1st may with a well known high street clothing store and then checked my order 2 days ago and it said there had been a card error so payment hadnt been taken emailed their customer services to which i was told no money had been taken and therefore i wouldnt recieve the item so id need to reorder i reordered it yesterday and guess what arrives today....

i just phoned to cancel my second order but they said they cant cancel it as its being processed so now i have to lose the extra money from my account which means i cant fix my tyre which needs doing asap and recieve and return an item I DONT NEED!!!!!!
