has your relationship changed?

BAMIK you sound very sad. I don't know if this is because having a baby has changed things or if it's for other reasons but my dh and I went through a terrible time and ended up seperating. We were quite adamant for a brief period that it was over but we sorted things out and have since had a second child and our whole family life is now so much more stable. But at the time I wouldn't have thought it possible to put things right again. Hope you sort out some changes to make you happier

He did say to me also about a month ago that he did love me but he wasn't 'in love' with me.

My relationship has definately changed since we had izzy.

It was kinda bad before I had her cos I had a miscarriage a couple of months before I fell pregnant with her, which he wanted me to have an abortion for but I wouldnt, he then accepted having the baby and a week or so later I lost it.

Whilst I was pregnant I was off work with depression and during this time he lost his job meaning I had to go back to work at 6 months pregnant just to try and make ends meet and he was quite happy staying at home sleeping all day (at least thats what I think he was doing!)

We used to fight all the time and he was messaging girls and meeting up with them behind my back. We then had to move in with his parents which didnt help, I ended up moving out and leaving him and it was then he realised what he had done and what he had and has been trying to get back with me since. We are now living 160miles apart me bringing up Izzy and he has her about 1 week a month.

So yeah I would say having a child does effect your relationship it either makes you stronger or breaks you.

well before we had children, i told him that if we ever have children, i want him to think of me as his wife before thinking of me as a mother to his children.. and it worked!!! although we both care for the twins, we take time off to spend it as a couple .... Josh and Judith have been a blessing but we can't always just be parents...

ok i admit that i was afraid that he would love the children more than me [jealousy!!!] but now that i'm a parent, i know that it's a different kind of love and it strenghtens our relationship.. i've matured a lot.

yea deffo we have has arguements all the time and sex life has dropped get bored of him sometimes lol but i still love him x

mine did a little after our 2 kids were born ,i think its only natural..

were no longer together now but thats a diff story LOL

we've had a good week this week he took the whole week off coz of my b'day and his so its given us time together which i think we have needed we have been alot closer this week!
hoping its the start of something to last. maybe we've changed and we will be stronger now? who knows huh???? lol x x

I think having a child/children makes a huge difference you arn't as available for each other and when your having a bad day its easy to take it out on each other to.My relationship with justin changed alot but we worked through it.still working on the sexlife part though(lol)
