Hi, just joined. My ldpi was Sept 25 07. My first af was April 6 2008. So I should have started again by now. Today is day 29. How long does it take for your cycles to be regular?
I took depo for 4 yrs. Came off, got pg in 4 months. I had a m/c but c my dd 5 weeks later. So it was quick for me before. But I was also 20 yrs old. Now I have been on depo for 5 yrs. So just wondering how long it took some of you to get back to normal?

my friend who is on the depo told me that, its 6months but after being on it for so many years, double the amount of months - it can take ages for your baody to adjust, same as if you were using the pill or another form of contraception.iv only ever used the pill,so can only really say what iv heard from others.
try speaking to yor GP if its a concern,im sure they will put your mind at ease and have an explanation.

Took my friend nearly 2 years to become reqular after the depo, depends on the individual. If you are in doubt speak to your GP or practice nurse
