Some of you may remember me posting about Aaralyn standing in line at the bank with me when she was about 2ish and there was a dark skinned black man in front of us and she said (loudly!) Mommy, look at the big monkey! I thought I was gonna sheet myself right there...mind you, her father is Cape Verdian and African American so it's not like she hadn't seen dark skinned people before (and her nursery teacher at that time was also dark skinned african american)... that was sooooo emarrasing
oh god well heres another one.... i was at the shops getting the lottery last week with katie and in walks a small lady (under 4ft) and katie just starred and i mean starred, then in a rather loud voice "mum, look at that lady, shes smaller than me and she cant see the til man" (til man = person at counter)
