Anyone self reffered them self to phsio?

I saw mw on tue and said i could refer myself to physio due to my back ache and it being so severe.
Id like to use my tens machine now - but not allowed to til 37 weeks + Grrrr

If i self refer what will they do - will i have to go to hospital to see em, and most importantly does it work - will it get rid of this pain ? xx

I'm not so sure hun, I've never heard of self refering tbh. Maybe it is because you are pregnant?

Maybe ring the hospital to get the physio dept and speak to someone that way??
