Loose the bulge motivator piccy

I have been in denial about how BIG i actually look! When a colleague tagged me on facebook with this piccy i could of died! It's the WORST piccy i have ever seen of me! I'm not photogenic anyway and shy away from the camera all the time!

But i think this fatty photo from our team build day at work has given me the biggest incentive EVER to lose weight...

I feel really crappy and fat now

Why didn't i realise i actually was THAT big...

Anybody else ever felt like this when they've seen piccies??

Suppose i better say that i am the FAT one in the grey cardigan/black jeans...

I know now that i really need to do something about my weight!

I think we all look at ourselves alot more critically than others do though, and know what you mean about seeing pics... that's when I really realize how out of shape I am
