But i really do need to shed this blubber! I've been in denial and when i look back to how i was just before having dd that's where i notice it! LOL
I've been to Makro today and whilst there i bought a new Lateral Stepper - it's pretty much the same as the one they sell on the shopping channels just not as expensive. So i'm going to start using that as i really do not exercise enough at all
Oh well i'm gonna start again asap and then do some contrast piccies on here.
