before x mas i started a diet it workd really well and i lost quite a bit of weight. felt good too. but then x mas came and so did the fat foods and the alcohol, so i ma now gin to start all over again! wish me luck

im trying to be good and eat better and put less on my plate. not going too bad. havent had any chocolate in almost 3wks Very Happy
