Well if you're on a red day in the future make some home -made salsa and grill some small strips of chicken breast (coat them in spices or herbs perhaps)
Or use a healthy extra and wrap some cheese and salsa in some ham, or do some pineapple, ham and cheese skewers.
Maybe do some mozzarella, basil and cherry tomato skewers with chicken or bacon
If you're on a green day coat some potato or sweet potatoe wedges in spices and dip that into some home-made salsa. Or make a home-made garlic dip???
This is what i'm planning to do in the near future.
I did them years ago before havng dd on SW and it was ace!!
