well done girls (I have my second weigh in on Tuesday) So far this week I have been good- I had a salad today when I was out for lunch and I only had 1 forkful of the coleslaw (as it was really creamy and bad for me!!) I was proud of myself for leaving it and I didn't have a cake.

Saturday:

Brekkie: Special K

Lunch: Omelette, with turkey rasher, mushroom and tomato, followed by a tangerine

Dinner: Salad Bar selection from Morrisons (pasta with bacon and rocket salad, boiled egg, cous cous, new potatoes)

Go Ahead yoghurt fruit slice

Go ahead cereal bar 6 syns Shocked

Lunch wholemeal roll filled with ham, cheese, fresh chopped pineapple, baby leaf spinach and extra light hellmans mayonnaise. (wow was that scrummy) Followed by Cherries, Mango and Honeydew Melon

I've taken some mini chicken breast fillets out of the freezer so just got to decide what to have with them for dinner tonight....

I know hun - i could not believe it!!!!

Dinner was: Grilled Chicken Breast Fillets, Matthesons Turkey Rashers, Grilled mushrooms on a bed of spinach with tomato and olive chutney!

Mnday 21st Jan....

Brekkie: Special K Bliss and cup of coffee

Snack: 1 banana

Lunch: Wholemeal Toast stuffed with Turkey Rashers (we bought these instead of bacon - they are OK), dry fried egg and grilled mushrooms with tomato sauce

Dinner: I am making a SW version of Shepards Pie. Minced Lammb, Chopped Tomatoes, Leeks and Grated Carrots and garlic (gonna put a teeny bit of mint sauce and dash of gravy in), Topped with mased swede and quark (never used this before Confused ) with fresh basil and coriander mixed in, then it says to brush with a beaten egg and pop in the oven for 20 mins.....

Well i couldn't stick to SW whilst i was away mostly due to nto getting ANY food at al as not gettign a break - then being so hungry that when i got back to my room i'd eat biscuits Mad When i did eat i went for the 'healthy' as possible option Neutral

I had wine last night and having some tonight - then it's back to healthy, healthy tomorrow Thumbs Up

Okay so back on track now (had pizza last night adn indian the night before - with wine BOTH nights Bad! )

Brekkie: Toasted Muffin with egg fried in fry light

Lunch: Jacket Potatoe Beans and Cheese, followed by an orange

Dinner: Multigrain Ryvitas, Tuna Mayo with Cucumber, Shape Satisfaction Yoghurt, Grapes and Go Ahead Yoghurt Break
