Starting my Food Diary already.... (again)

I'm on my own - DP is away on a contract in Salisbury and DD is at my parents. I'm onlates for the next two days so thought it better to start sooner than later and get into the habit of not eating in the works greasy sloppy and tasteless canteen....
I want to slim down and get back to the sexy curvy me i was when i met DP - not the oversized backside like a shelf hippo i am now! I know DP loves me like crazy - but i want to do it for me. Ideally a dress size at t time is what i'm aiming for! But to be a 12 would be ideal...
Soooooo here goes:
[color=cyan]Friday 28th December[/color]
Brekkie: Alpen High Fruit, Semi Skimmed Milk, and cup of tea
Mid Morning : Twinings Pineapple Greeen Tea and a satsuma
Lunch: Two slices of wholemeal toast, with baked beans and sprinkling of cheese.
Dinner (pack up for work) SALAD - Bacon, Turkey and Boiled Egg with Lettuce, Tomatoes, Cucumber and Reduced Fat Salad Cream
Followed by fresh chopped Pineapple and Honeydew Melon.
Going to drink water and fruit tea only at work this evening!

Well my food diary starts today, as I think it is the only way I am going to lose my weight. I'm going to the gym pretty regularly now, but that doesn't help me lose any weight. But to be fair I am burning off the fat in certain places and generating muscle in others.
Problem is the beer belly is the one thing I want to go, and it is the one thing that doesn't seem to be going anywhere. I know I must be doing some good as some people joked about me being the bouncer at my mum's New Year's eve party.

nothing wrong with a beer belly- good for hugging (well I think so anyway)
Im starting my food diary (and Slimming world- again) on Monday. I want to loose some serious weight this year before I go on holiday in Oct.

I would start but it is probably somewhat pointless as i'm still troughing my way through xmas chocolates and the temptation is too great
I'm aiming for Feb to start losing the weight, we are going on holiday in May so I want to make sure I've lost some at least.

Weds 2nd Jan...
Breakast: Earl Grey Tea, semi skimmed milk and sweetner 2 slices of honeydew Melon, Satsuma and Muller Light Raspberry Yoghurt.
Lunch: Cheese, cucmber, lettuce and light salad cream sandwich (in 50/50 Kingsmill) usually have wholemeal but had none in
Snacks: 10 maltesers at cinema

with Coke Zero, Coffee at home
Dinner: Home made Spag Bol with wholewheat Spaghetti.
AND NO WINE THIS EVENING!!!!!!
Going to get
DP to do my measurements as i have no working weighing scales....
Must be serious this month has have £250 to spend for winning Star of Quarter at work so need that for clothes

Well the first day went okay!!!
Just had Special K Creamy Berries for brekkie and a cuppa. Never had this cereal before ad it was scrummy!
Taken a ham joint out for Dinner this evening - just gonna have veggies with that.
Not sure about lunch.
I've no working scales at the moment so i did my chest, waist, hips and leg measurements yesterday. Going to measure myself again next Weds. Really need to invest in some scales......

Forgot to put the Ham in the oven and have only just realised! It's a huge joint - so now will not be ready for Dinner! Not sure what i am going to have now!
For Lunch i had one slice of toast, topped with 2 slices of bacon (fat and rind removed)and one soft boiled egg. It was yuuummyyy!
I've also drank some green tea and plenty of water today!
Plus
DD has had me dancing around the kitchen for half hour!

Hey hun, hope you don't mind me saying but I would spend that little bit more on some scales and get some electronic ones as they are a lot more accurate for weighing. I found them a god send when I did my WW's. xx

No i don't mind at all! That's what i am thinking of getting. I've seen a few in the argos catalgue - so gonna get soem of those next week!

Lunch: Rocket Salad, Roast Ham, Tomatoes, Cucumber, 28g Cheese and Light Salad Cream. (was extremely yummy)
Dinner: Home-made Chilli Con Carne with Small Jacket Potato with no butter(mince, tomatoes, kidney beans, mushrooms, onions, peppers,garlic, basil and chilli)

Oh my god! Last night i'd gotten in and
DP had pizza in the oven and a bottle of wine!!!

Why'd i do it???
Then today i forgot to take lunch to work and the food was rubbish -ended up with cheesy pasta! (biy was it cheesy and creamy)
So i'm restarting tomorrow!
PLEASE CAN YOU ALL KICK ME
Been to the supermarket and brought a bit more stuff!
Have already made my pack-up for tomorrow, Salad with Ham, Boiled egg and Beetrot with light salad cream.

DP is bringing my lunch for me later as i left in in the fridge
And then i am making Dinner and
DP is off out on a contract. So i am all alone this evening.

Well i've been pretty good today!
I had an alpen light bar for brekkie and a coffee at work (didn't have milk at home for cereal!!grrr)
Lunch was pasta (in what seemed to be a cheese sauce with broccoli that's all that was left in the canteen at work - but i only had a little bit as it was eeuurrgghhhhh)
For Dinner i've had 2 slices of wholemeal bread with cold roast beef and horseradish sauce, followed by a tangerine!
I'm just going to have some Mango fat free sorbet while watching Corro
Then i'm gonna have some green tea!
I had some more extra light choccy horlicks last night and i kept getting big lumps of powder in it -bleeeuurrghhhh. So will not be having anymore of that!
