Did having a baby change your relationship?

I love Kris to bits but wondering how having a baby changed your relationship? Did you look at your fella in a different way?

Ditto. You have to keep that or you lose your identity as a couple. I wasn't prepared for having to create a whole new part of my personality basically overnight, but I adjusted it in with everything else instead of letting it take over. Last thing I wanted was to be a frumpy Mum who only thought about formula and cardigans. I think it's definately essential to stay in touch with what your relationship is or you'll grow apart.

i fell with Tallulah after only 2 mths of dating rich. wasnt sure he was the man for me but we dived in head first and moved in and the moment i had Tallulah i knew he we would be together for life. he adores lulah and she loves him to bits and we now have a wonderful secure happy family. i have honestly never been so happy. so yes having Tallulah totally changed our relationship for the better and i am truly grateful for our little "accident"

Hi, I haven't changed towards my fella, he just seems to think I have. He thinks i'm being picky at every thing he does....but i'm not. Not sure what to do

to be honest yes it put alot of strain on ours and i went off him for a while. i mean we are working things out but we argue more he doesnt help anymore and we dont have sex very often sorry to be crude but we dont charly is now 1 and the last time we had sex it got me pregnant again lol
so am now expecting again looking forward to it dont get me wrong i love my lil girl but if hes lazy now whats he gonna be like when this one comes??????????

yeah it did mine and my daughters dad broke up 6 months after having a baby cos of the strain

Its changed our relationship too. We have three daughters and my youngest two years old. we hardly have sex anymore infact we dont have time or the energy for each other. I just hope it gets better as the children get older.

before i fell pregnant with kieran me and rich did most nights after that it was hardly ever cus we were so tired and now with college and bein pregnant again haha no way we do it any more and prob not after hes born lol xxx

i fell pregnant 6 weeks after me and joe became a couple we was m8s before hand though but not overly close while i was pregnant i didnt want him near me i was really down and stressed out about finding somewer and the money to move into are own place we found somewere though and after the stress of moving and decorating an bringin a baby into the world i felt like my old self again we started having sex 2 weeks after paige was born and have it pritty regular having her has deffo been stresful but in a way its made us closer and my loving

Yup I would deffo say it has changed us. I don't look at him any different really, sometimes as a dad to my kids obviously. I love him more than I did when it was just us, but that could also be a natural progression in any relationship anyway, a time thing if you see what I mean?!

We had tough patches, especially the first few months after George was born, I would say that was the toughest. But we come through it stronger each time.

oh yea and i would like to put we still love eachother loads hes forever kissin, huggin me and touchin me so i know the love hasnt gone. i guess its just the sex and im glad hes not bothered about it and goin out to do it with other ppl lol xx

Both our children were planned but becoming a parent still came as a shock to the system and put a big strain on us, but going through all the hard days and sticking with it has deepened our love for each other. We are like one of those old married couples you see on tv now, which isn't always as spontaneous or thrilling as pre-baby life but it means so much more and I'm proud of us

Me and DH haven't yet argued 4years down the line , everyone said it will come especially when chloe arrived.... still to see it and chloe is 16months. if anything i think it has mad us stronger as a couple, we still act like kids ourselves at times having a fart about laughing and joking.

we;ve definately changed, more so recently than ever, and its not in a good way. we fall out more, we argue more and just generally spending less and less time with each other. Hopefully it'll pass soon

me and kev have been together almost 6 yrs now, and i can honestly say that i fall more and more in love with him as time goes on.we are still like immature kids at times,we play stupid games,we jump on the bed, we run around the park,have water fights in the summer (i think this is the reason why our little boy is such a nutter lol!!). dont get me wrong - we have our ups and downs,and i dont beleive anyone when they say they have never fell out! every relationship needs a little tension to keep the spark lit - the making up is always the best tho!!

since having ethan - the only thing about us that has changed (other than the bitch i turned into during pregnancy thanks to my hormones) is the fact that we dont go out as just a couple anymore - we dont have 'time' alone as much - but i dont mind that,kev and my son are the most important things to me,and it makes it even more better when we are all together!
