Backache In Early Pregnancy

hi guys im only 8-10weeks gone into this pregnancy but am experiencing some really bad backaches but the problem iv got is im in a 3rd floor flat and have to carry my 11month nearly 1year old up and down those stairs its killing me. does anyone have any advise for me please. we only moved into this place in august so i dont know if the council will move me.
any advise will be very appreciated

your best bet would to probably be to go into your council office and explain to them that you are now -- weeks pregnant and that your are suffering with health problems having to carry your baby up and down the stairs and maybe if you got your doctor or midwife to write confirming this they should move you into somewhere more suitable for your own health as you would get more priority with someone needing to move for health reasons other people aswell as the fact you have to get a pushchair soon up and down them stairs its dangerous...
