Newbie

Hi!

Me and my boyfriend have only been trying for a baby for a month, but already Im finding things difficult. I had a contraceptive implant removed last month when we decided now was the time to try, and the doctor told me I would be fertile immediately. Foolishly, I really thought I was pregnant over the weekend but I got my period today and now Im disappointed. I shouldnt have got my hopes up. I dont know what I'll be like if nothing happens in the next month or 2 - even though I know it might take longer than that

I think my friends and family are sick of me talking about babies and cylces already, so I searched for a forum and found here! Just thought I would introduce myself and say hello

I forgot to say in my post (how bad am I!?) I have 3 and a half year old twin girls, Chloe and Abbie They really really want a new baby almost as much as mummy does - provided its a baby girl Not too sure how the news of a boy would be for them lol.

hi there lauren, it took me and my OH almost a year to conceive after i came off the pill, try not to stress because that doesnt help and jus relax and enjoy the trying

thanks moomey! I know it can take some time. I caught with my twins realy quick so I was hoping for the same again. Im just impatient I guess. I really hope to be pregnant by Chrismas though
