loose a stone before Christmas- sign up here.

Just thought as so many of us are trying to loose weight we could all try and loose a stone before Christmas (10weeks to go so it is achievable)

we don't have to say our staring weight (well i'm not) just have to keep a record of what we loose each week.

I can have post where I change everyones weight every week (save having to scroll though heaps of posts)

Im off tomorrow until next Thursday (woohoo) and I will start then, but post below if you are interested.

with each others support we can do this

i'll do it although i'll be happy with half a stone as i lose quite slowly, but im up for it

i dont mind giving my weight, etc, its going down anyway

im in too..i have lost 6lbs already..i eat for the fun of it and cause im board..i dont mind puuting what weight i am

Great idea. Wish I could lose some weight. Been going to the gym for 3 months now and not lost anything.

I converted some of my "relaxed muscle" into real muscle. So I'm currently using the excuse that muscle is heavier than fat. I can justify that by saying my arms and legs, where I don't have any fat, are bigger and my hips are smaller. Unfortunately, my beer investment has yet to shrink.

My plan is to lose 3 stone over 18 months (now 15 months).

I didn't do well today I've had a huge eclair Weigh day tomorrow but don't think I've lost anything this week so need to book my ideas up! Having other people to support and encourage will help!

Not me I did lose 1/2 a stone because I had a cruddy cold and coughed so much it was impossible to eat...but erm it has all gone back on plus some

Diet starts tomorrow and slimming world on Tuesday

Before Christmas was weighing in at just over 16 stone, now weighing in at just under 15 stone
