if the connectu ppl win the case they could get facebook shutdown!

apparantly i heard that it is more likely that they will cash in on all the existing users and take it on themselves or amalgamate it somehow into their own sites

I dont use it anyway never got it!

i have got in touch with loads of old school mates on it also found out someone i been chatting to on a parenting forum for over 2 yrs is actually related to a mate of mine - small world isnt it lol!

It'll never happen - Facebook got a buyout offer from Yahoo last year valued at $1 billion.. and turned it down.

With the resources they have they can afford to hire the best lawyers in the States, and I'm sure Yahoo and/or Microsoft would unofficially offer them assistance/legal costs on the condition that sale negotiations could be opened up again.

What do you guys suggest is the better site: Myspace or Facebook?

I prefer facebook tbh, but thats my preference, very easy to use and incredibly easy to find friends and family through the search.

Though would you say that Facebook held the most options?

I keep up with online trends as part of my day job as Online Marketer - and I've noticed that recently a lot more people are using Facebook and MySpace is not so popular.

i have all 3 facebook, myspace and bebo, i have the bebo to keep an eye on the kids!!!

i prefer facebook though, and Gemmas dancing group has a bebo site so i keep my eye on that too
