sore head remedies

I have a sore head

But I dont like taking pain killers unless I have too.

I have had loads to drink and dont feel tired so not going to bed (yet) what else can I do. I just want it to go away

Ibuprofin works wonders for me, even the migraines sometimes

it is usually nurofen that I take but I have been taking so many pills for my periods the last 2 days that I dont want to take any tonight

well, maybe a nice cuppa coffee or tea and some good sleep is needed
