I have done my shopping online for about 2 years Thumbs Up its GREAT!

Yes there have been a couple of things which have been packed wrong or missing but i've also had some freebies! When i've phoned up i've never had any problems and always got a full refund, even for stuff like grapes and bread which is just a bit squashed.
You can chose to not have any subsitutes but i find there usually ok, you can just get them to take them away if your not happy.

I don't think i could be without my online shopping it saves me soooo much time. I use both tesco and asda. I do prefer the tesco website but i perfer the asda stuff so i alternate, LOL.

It takes quite a while first time and you'll probably forget some stuff but after a few weeks it will only take you around 10 minutes as it store all your stuff Clapping

If you do decide to give it a go don't forget to search for voucher codes on the net i always get free delivery and sometimes £5/£10 off!

HTH and if you do try it you'll ahve to let us know how you get on, Gemma

I've never tried it before, but because I worried that the fruit and veg they pick out might not be the nicest ones! Has anyone found this to be the case or are they usually really good for this?

I shop with Tesco online quite often more so for my big shop at the end of the month (pay day Wink ). It's great ~ saves a lot of time and hassle Rolling Eyes .

Anything that they substitute is usually given to you in an outside in carrier and you can just hand it back to the driver if you're not happy with it Smile . The majority of the times it's just a variation of what ever it is you've asked for ~ I've never sent anything back yet.

I've registered for Asda ~ think I'll give them a go this month Wink .

Good luck mumof2!!

Oh BTW I ment to say, anything you order you can add a note to but they do assure you that whoever picks you're shopping will always give you the freshest in store. I've never had any problems with the fruit and veg ...........so far anyway Rolling Eyes

You shouldn't ever need to pay for postage.

have a quick look through this thread next time you come to place an order.

I've never had to pay postage and am miffed if i don't get £10 off.
