Election results... any predictions?

Am watching this with interest tonight.

If SNP get in there will be a referendum on independence... and that would probably swing towards withdrawing from the union.

Thoughts? How do we all feel about using our 'Scottish' passports at Gretna?

I have been watching it, I was really hoping Alex Salmond would win (he is such a nice guy and Nicola sturgeon makes me laugh when she is in parliament)

I think though Mr McConnel might just nip in and win First Minister

The SNP have done very well though in the region seat. The Gordon seat was not an easy seat for Alex (It is the next region to me) but he did very well as did Nocola Sturgeon winning her seat from Labour.

How did people find the voting system? Apparently 100,000 spoilt papers. I thought it was ok as there had been so much hype about it and at the top of the ballot papaers it clearly said to X or to number

The voting system was very clear. There are just too many dingbats out there. Christ, how did they manage to use the pen in the first place? Idiots.

I thought it was very clear as well but I know of a few people who put a X instead of a number and said they found it confussing

well i`m one of those dingbats who spoiled their paper. the hall was too crowded, Amy was hanging on my leg and screaming at the top of her lungs so i crossed it instead of chosing numbers

did you do one cross or more on the white paper? If it was just 1 then it still counts computer read that as number 1 only was spoilted if it had 2 or more crosses

i really can`t remember as i was stressed to the max with Amy but i think i did two
