run up and down there stairs at least 50 times a day!!
if its anything like the flat we lived in theres probably loads LOL!!

im sure you wont put on alot hun - just eat they way you normally would - my roblem was that i ate for 2 LOL!! and i rocketed from a size 12 to a 16 from pre preg to after the birth,im still a 16 now! iv joined a gym (altho aint been for nearly 2 wks with kev being away - so iv probably lost the incentive now!!)

do some mild excersises or take up swimming or aqua aerobics - i did this when preg with ethan (only again i didnt stick at it as the walk to the pool began to kill me!)

aint much help really am i hun - haha!!!

I know what you mean to a certain extent I was 13 stone and I got down to 8 stone, I'm 14 weeks pregnant and already 9st 13 although 1 stone of that was holiday weight.

I've been told by a friend to take a 30 min walk a day (I too live in a small flat so building a home gym aint gonna happen) try and limit bread intake but eat plenty of things like pasta, rice and veg (oh and fruit). Because I did weight watchers for years I follow the whole low fat stuff, fruit and veg is good anything other than that I should moderate.

My HUGE problem is I have started craving burgers - sooooo not good!!!! Even if I limit them and make them myself I still want one everyday - I don't have one but argh!

I think it's not easy to watch your weight when pregnant because let's face it you eat when and what you want simply because it doesn't go down easily if you don't!
Good luck and feel free to pm me - we can watch together -being only 5ft if I put on weight I look like a beach ball and I have a really really slow matabolism so it's take a long time to lose it!

LOL it's a pain! I can't pass a Macdonalds without going and getting at least a hamburger!
Sad side is since being pregnant I can't eat cheese!

I cannot live without my tea! I could eat a whole cow most days now and guess what I want with it - yup cheese! It's almost painful LOL!

I don't like the feel of brown bread which is strange..... Embarassed

on a more related note! LOL

i went from a sz 12-14 to a 22 when i jad josh, that was a gain of about 4 stone. I lost that in just over a year, got back to a size 14 then fell pregnant with charlie. I went up to a size 16-18 that time, about 2 stone. I had to be so much more active second time, i mean i had a toddler, walked everywhere and went to college! I also did aquanatal. And once again, suprise suprise, I get back down to a size 12-14 and pregnant I am again!! I'm not worrying about it. I will eat what I like because I have a 2 yearold and a 4 year old, and I am tired. So if i want to eat three cheeseburgers, then I will. I am still using the gym and pool and ok i dont walk anywhere much except around town, but i go dancing at least once a week and I rock my socks off! LOL

Aquanatal is apparently a great way to lose weight! But I am an avid fan of weight watchers but that's because it worked for me.

Not that I'm suggesting it but my friend did pole dancing a few months after having her daughter - she said it was a great workout. Belly dancing is also a good form of exercise!

Just thought I'd add this it's a site I found which calculates how many cals you should have a day and has a huge database so you can pick what you eat, now I know we shouldn't diet while pregnant but I think it's a good idea if you want to follow what you eat - all it's free to join for 3 days.

i know your always told to exercise but i have arthritis in my knee and hip and suffer alot of back pains. charly is only 11months old so dont really have to chase her around much. but at the mo iv actually lost my appertite i dont want to eat!
iv also now got the worry of i could have twins mum just told me twins run in my mum and dads side. as much as i'd love twins up and down them stairs while pregnant with twins would kill me. LOL
i wouldn't do aquanatal as i have toooo many stretch marks up the backs of my legs i upset myself whenever i put a costume on.

Well apart from walking the dog the only exercise I get is dusting, cleaning the bathrooms and ironing.

45 mins dusting (I count that as cleaning the bathroom too) burns 130 cals.

Everyone said I had to exercise but I lost 5 stone doing ww sat on my backside.
I got down to a size 8 and still have stretch marks so I very rarely go near a pool either.
