Conceiving Through IVF

We began trying to conceive in 2010. Every time I felt any slight change in my body, I would request my husband that we go for the PG test. This continued for the better part of 2011 and 2012. In 20 13, we went to visit a specialist to help unravel the problem we had. Numerous tests were conducted on me, and the doctor gave me a clean bill of health, but the question why I was not able to conceive was not answered. At this point, we realized that it was necessary that my husband is tested to establish his fertility status. LOL! After the test, the doctor told us that the reason why I was not conceiving was that my husband had low sperm count. This results depressed us, and we didn’t know what to do. We resorted to praying a lot and convinced ourselves that it was not the right time. In 2015, we resigned ourselves to the idea of leading a childless life. Just tConceiving Through IVF

Just towards the end of the year, a friend of mine introduced me to an idea I don't imagine it existed. She told me that I could conceive through the IVF process. I was excited and told my husband about it. We visited biotecom clinic, and they explained to us the process. I went through the procedure in February 2016, and I gave birth to a baby girl in December. Amen!

Hello Alice,
First of all, let me appreciate you for sparing a few minutes to congratulate me, I say thank you. With regards to your friend, let me say that she should not doubt but trust that it can work for her. May be you need to explain that it is a simple procedure that is pain-free. The clinic offers IVF where the patient is given fertility drugs to help stimulate the production of eggs. Once the eggs are ready, the doctor retrieves multiple of eggs to be fertilized. This is done through minor surgery which is pain-free. The retrieved egg is then put in the laboratory dish where it is fertilized. In cases where the sperm count is too low, the doctor may choose to inject the sperm directly into the egg to increase the chances of fertilization. Once this is done, the doctor will monitor the egg to ensure that it is fertilized and the embryo is growing before considering transferring it in the patient’s womb. In my case, the doctor used catheter tube to transfer the egg into my womb, and I was observed for two weeks until it got attached on my womb. Alice, I believe this information should help your friend make up her mind.
Regards,

I appreciate the fast reply. Well my friend has doubts as she just came from a failed IVF cycle and she is somewhat afraid of getting his hopes up just to face another disappointment. She had been struggling for around 2 years already trying to get pregnant and had to overcome many hardship in her personal life. I cant really understand the pain she had been through, as I only felt disappointment when I see the failed pregnancy test I can only imagine that receiving that news of your IVF cycle failed can be way worse than that. That is why I wanna support her and help her in any way i can. In this case I am getting information for her, as you may know there is always people who seek to take advantage of others with fake promises. Even more now when she and her husband are in a somewhat more vulnerable state.

That being said I really appreciate you giving all this information about Biotexcom. I can say you arent the only one who had given me good reviews and all this new information I find I pass it to my friend in order to make her feel more comfortable with the idea and be more trusty with this clinic. I must thank you as you are giving me the way and the words to support my friend and help her find a way to achieve her dream. But also through this search I manage to learn many things and also understand how amazing that clinic truly is as it seems as a really golden opportunity for those who had been through a lot to try and conceive a child. I appreciate all your words, thank you.

Hi Alice,
Once more I want to thank you for taking and treating a friend’s problem like yours. I believe that your friend will somehow get helped. However, I have some precautions which I feel you should share with your friend. I want to focus on circumstances under which in vitro fertilization fail. This way, your friend will be able to accept that it happens and forge a head.

That the implanted embryo will die on day five because of a thin uterine lining (embryos arrest). This could result from the fact that the embryo is a week and may not get implanted. Thus the receptivity of the embryo is an important factor that determines the success of the process. Embryo implantation may fail more than once, but if a woman is determined, it will finally get implanted. Also, the experience of the doctor carrying out the transfer is also critical and greatly determines whether the implantation succeeds or fails. Thus, choosing to have the process in a clinic with a high success rate is important and could help you get the desired results. Just tell your friend not to give up but keep on trying.

Thank you I will be sure to give this information to my friend. She has intramuscular fibroids and she is currently doing herself some exams to make sure to known if the fibroids will pose a problem in her chances to get pregnant via IVF. She has already went through a failed cycle and so she is trying to improve her chances before giving IVF a second chance. I appreciate you are telling me this risk. I must admit my lack of knowledge in the IVF topic as I haven't been in that situation.

Sincerely I hope I dont have to be in that situation, I heard her story and how much it affected her. It made her marriage went to some hard times as she herself didnt knew how to deal with all the disappointment and couldnt help but blame herself many times for this situation even when it wasnt her fault. I respected her because she was able to overcome all that, I am not sure I would have been able to withstand all that.

Back to the topic, let me once again thank you for the information and the explanation. While I dont really fully understand the explanation I will pass this information for her. I do understand the second point perfectly, as I am well aware as a cook that the skill of a person realizing a procedure is important in the end product. The basics of cooking and medical procedures have quite the similarities and so I do realize the importance of having the right people realize the job in order to bring forth the best result.

I just want to explain something on the questions raised by one of the contributors who wanted to know whether fibroid can affect IVF. You see fibroids are believed to be a barrier to pregnancy, which is not always the case. I believe many people misunderstand them.
One of the misunderstandings is that people think they are cancerous. Uterine fibroids are not cancerous. They are just benign growth in the womb which many women have without knowing. There are four types of the uterine fibroids. We have the sub serious, pedunculated, and intramural. It is only the Subserosal fibroids, which that impact on pregnancy. These fibroids bulge in the uterine cavity and end up affecting embryo implantation
Women who have already given birth run low risks of developing fibroids. Also, if a woman has reached menopause, she is at no risk of developing fibroids. Lastly, women taking birth control pills may not suffer from the problem since estrogen is regulated.
Back to whether uterine fibroids can affect IVF, I am not sure, but I know that they are harmless and are small. They can also be controlled through medication or removed surgically. So I don’t think they pose any problem to IVF process.

Yeah that sums it up. She had decided to put herself through surgery and they give IVF another round after that. She had to think this decision quite a lot as she was against having to wait as she couldnt help but think as the time for the surgery and then for the recovery as wasted time. But her doctor finally convince her telling her that after the surgery her problem with getting pregnant would be solved. She is looking forward trying again after it, it appears her first doctor had told her having them wouldnt cause any problem beside getting pregnant in the normal way and that getting them off wouldnt make a difference.

While I knew already that is a fine example of what you meant about choosing wisely and also inform yourself and to some sort of degree question your doctor sometimes if you think it doesnt make sense. Apparently there are quite diverses estudies in which fibroids does affect IVF cycles and some which says that it doesnt. So I think in cases like her one need to seek for a second opinion. Once again I thank you for the explanation and let me congratulate you once again. : 3

I want to thank you for your input on this topic. I believe there are many ladies out there who are in the same predicament I was in and would want to be helped. Which is why I want to give some pertinent info about biotex clinic, which I believe will help them make up their minds.
First of all, I would like to inform everyone that the clinic offers all types of IVF services including surrogacy. They have lovely women on standby who would are willing to help when a surrogacy mother is needed. Also, the clinic has donors who are willing to donate ovules and sperms when they are needed. These are carefully selected men and women who have undergone rigorous tests to guarantee and ensure that you get the right quality. You have the freedom of choosing the egg donor from the young and educated women available.
After the child has been born, the clinic links the mother to the legal expert whose work is to ensure that the child’s documents including the passports are processed to allow them to travel to any part of the world.

I'd like to know one thing... How does it feel? My wife will have to go through the same in the near future. It's very sad! I want to know how she'll feel. It's so hard for me... I wish I could do something. Yet I cannot! I feel like I have my hands tied! It's more devastating that I am the reason behind her suffering. I am the reason that she has to undertake IVF. It's really, really sad... I hoped nobody was dealing with. I was wrong it seems. Many others do. Wish you girl the best. Your story is inspiring and sad. Keep being strong for your own sake!

Ohh my god... So many battles... So much drama!! Your life could be turned into an epic movie. Honestly you and your husband are both tremendous warriors. I love the fact that you didn't give up for that long. You fought and fought! Little did you care that you were seeing no results. Your story is very inspiring honestly. My wife and I are going through the same things. We are still trying and hoping for a miracle. I guess were too afraid to admit that theres no other way than IVF. Jesus, sometimes... Sometimes I'm too tired! i go so close to giving up, but still I take a step back and I fight again. Don't say things like, accepted a childless life. If you want one. Go for IVF, go for anything. Nothing cna stop you!

Hi there, donors egg IVF, should be a good option and surrogacy can be opted in a situation where you are not being able to carry your own child. If you are able to carry a baby, I think DE IVF is the best bet!
